Grænse compares prices in the border shops south of the Danish-German border with what the same goods typically cost in Denmark. The purpose is simple: to show where the difference is big enough to be worth the drive — and where it is not.
Where the prices come from
Prices are read from the shops' own webshops and printed flyers. We show them the way the shops show them: gross prices including VAT. Deposit is listed separately, because it is not part of the price of the goods.
What we do not do
We do not sell anything and we do not add a fee on top of any price. We also do not invent prices: when a price for a shop is missing, the item simply has no price for that shop.
Prices are indicative
A flyer may have expired, and a shop may have changed a price since the last update. Always check the price in the shop before putting the item in your basket.
